What is wrong with my black molly?

I have a black molly which I thought was pregnant. It ballooned up. It’s been hiding for a few days underneath a castle I had and only came out for food. Well now she’s out. She’s much thinner. Her anus is white. But she is swimming very awkwardly. She swims almost upside down and at an angle.
Any ideas?
She could have had babies and they got eaten.
Or she could have intestinal parasites.
well it sounds like she had the babies b/c she is thinner but she may have had complications during birth i had a molly die after having babies… and even if you do not see babies does not mean she did not have them other fish including mollys will eat the babies sometimes even the mom will eat the babies. good luck
