I would like to know how many of each of these fish I can have in a 30 gallon tank?

Tetra
danio
guppy

or

tetra
platy
german blue ram

Thanks a bunch
I would also have some kind of bottom feeder like cory catfish or shrimp or one bristle-nose pleco or something. Does that change things a lot?
