What should I feed my Bolivian Rams? ?

I have three Bolivian Rams that don’t show their true gold and blue colors. They are all "bla" looking, white and black.

I feed them frozen blood worms, tropical flakes, brine shrimp cubes, and algae wafers.

They are housed in a 55 gallon tank with two severums, a rainbow shark, a pleco, a black-ghost knife and two black skirt tetras.

I have many rocks and plants in my tank. Any suggestions?
