silver hachet fish questions or other top level fish?

can i put some hatchet fish in with my (1) fire mouth cichlid (bottom fish) and my red glass barb

my tank is very empty at the top and i want a top level fish any suggestions

Given a big enough tank I’d suggest http://aquaworld.netfirms.com/Livebearers/Belonesox_belizanus.htm … native to same waters as Firemouth. This fish is a "handful"… so research it THOROUGHLY.
