what fish should i get. i want a top, center, and bottom peice. no bettas or cory cats. i am thinking about silver hatchets, dwarf gourami, blue ram, rainbow and red tail sharks right now. what should i get? i have very powerful filters, and do weekly filter cleans and water changes. =]
what are shell dwelling cichlids? i have a 30 gallon for african cichlids…

ok i want 6 silver hatchets, 1 angel, 1 honey gourami, 1 albino bristlenose pleco (1 and 1/2 In), and 3 small corydoras. But it if its not crowded to the point they will die then will i need more maitnence im willing to go out and buy a second filter. or is that a stupid idea.

Ok today i added 4 fish to my cycled 29 gallon tank 1 albino bristle-nose pleco its very small 1 1/2 - 2 in. and 3 silver hatchet fish. how lng should i wait to add More fish to the aquarium what im going to add next time is 3 silver hatchet fish and 1 fire red gourami.

I bought a 20gl tank and It’s all set up . I have a very soft water , low PH 5.8 and I have it densely planted… …I was thinking to get 4 silver hatchets …4 black neon tetras and …2 albino cory cats….. what do you guys think? will these fish make a good tank…I just need someones advise

i have a 10 gallon aquarium that i have a betta in and 3 corydoras catfish. what else can i get. i have been thinking about:
rasboras, cherry barbs, neon tetras, silver hatchets, other tetras.

I have a 75 litre tank with 5 platy’s ,2 angelfish and a silver hatchet (used to have 3 but one got cought in the filter a few days ago problem has been fixed and the other one just died last night and I dont know how thats mainly whats making me worry)
I have checked NO2 , NO3 and Ammonia and there is nothing wrong with it I have checked ph is at 7.4 high range ph.

I had 3 hatchets 2 neon tetras 1 half beak and a snail in my 10 gallon community tank. 2 hatchets seemed to pair up and the Other was alone. the pair has one silver hatchet that is completely silver while the Other has a dark stripe by its spine. the silver hatchet that died also had the stripe and he died this morning while every other fish is fine. plz tell me what is going on.
